Amarra Hi-Fi launched

edited May 2012 in Digital
I haven't tried it yet, but at $49 with a 15-day trial, it has to be worth a go.

Details here.

  • That seems like a good move by Sonic Studio. They still have the best known product that interfaces with iTunes. No memory play ('cache play') with the basic version though.

    That's a shame.

Audirvana +, specwise, still looks good.

I've downloaded Amarra HiFi, but haven't got round to installing it yet. I've been too busy ripping 20 Miles albums.
  • New Amarra working better than the Mini it has replaced. Awesome !
  • I have no idea what you lot are going on about.

    NCTT.
  • It's the world outside the TFS :-)
  • Oh.
Then come in, come in. :-)
  • I like the new hi-fi version which is an improvement  BUT  PM is still my preferred choice as it still has the edge sound wise (in my set up anyway) and does everything i ask such as gapless playback which Amarra does not..........which is a real shame.
  • As a special offer we are selling Amarra ( the full version not HIFi) for £100 instead of the usual £140
    KR Keith.
  • Keith,

    Hope you are well

Thanks for the heads up but have already got Amarra hi-fi which is all i need due to reasons outlined above.

    Regards,  Dave
