  I've been all through those modushop & SiliconRay e-stores, they look great - but expensive.
  
  I think I may just be a cheapskate & use a pair of mini ITX cases, with big old heatsinks bolted on the back.

  I don't know if this is of any interest to those looking for cases, but I have a bunch of acrylic cases left over from when I was doing time with he-who-must-not-be-named:

  
  

  

  The cases are 345mm x 273mm x 80mm and are made from either 8mm or 10mm thick acrylic, so quite solid and chunky. They cost £50 from the case maker so happy to let them go for the same including delivery (not looking to make a profit, just happy to find them a good home). They still have the protective plastic film.

  I think I have about 7 or 8 of them...

  Alan, yes I thought that might be the case for your case requirements. In which case I guess you'll have to get on the case and find a bigger case. Worst case you could encase your bits in a homemade wooden case?
