Somehow my laptop speaker didn't quite do this justice...

Utterly ridiculous. And cool. (It doesn't sound very..."musical"...).
  • Thanks Ben, see Dan can't see it but Ben can, could always save money and use no speakers then get a nice car instead.

    :-B

Is that a blind joke ;)

    OMG!
  • I think I'm more of less there, inasmuch as I have better bass and the stereo image has real depth and substance.

The exercise only took a few minutes thanks to Colin. He related a method he was shown by Brian O'Rourke (founder of Ruark) back in the day.

Basically, you play some music, pick up your speaker with your ear vertically above and move the thing around, until the bass sounds loudest and tightest.

The effect was quite subtle while I was finding the position, but the results are great.

Thanks again Col. What would Chews do without you?

Well the members might have more pocket money.  :)) and less insane aggro from other forums
  • We don't need you to get insane aggro, Col. We get enough ourselves, but we enjoy it :-)
