The one and only inca tech oberon

Hi all I have just got my dad's oberon off off him to use.
What a fantastic amplifier must be one of the beat integrated amplifier of all time.
Lots of inputs lovely looking amp and the power it has is fabulous.

I do have one question for Colin or anyone who no. It has a pre out on the backark nu.
Dose this mean you can use as a pre amp?

Many thanks. :)

Must be one of Colin's designs, then :-D
  • Yea mine is a classic one that there's only two of think they were made for Italy.
  • Yes, I think i've got the other one :)

Nice amps, though I prefer the Claymore.
  • I do love the claymore but I think the oberon may just edge it.

Do you no quickie about the pre out bit?
  • Not got mine to hand, but if there is a pair of phono sockets on the rear marked pre-out, then yes, can use as a pre-amp.
  • I throught that but didn't seem to work I wondering if you had to do something to make that part work.
  • Could be some jumper leads, or switches inside ?

    Best ask its maker :)
  • Yea I will do when he's about. Been quite lately hope he's feeling abit better.
So whats in your system at the moment quickie?
  • Looks nice Justin. Bet it sounds good, if it has a Pre out I may look out for one.

Still the same as listed on my sig, apart from the power amp, which is the same as the one you sold, minus the P/S boards.
