Capacitors in signal path and PSU

edited October 2011 in Amplifiers
Hi I have found a company that produce very good caps that sound amazing I suggest the DIY chaps and ladies have a look.
They also sound amazing in speaker crossovers, check out there ESR for PSU designs, oh and count the pins/legs.
As anybody else tried them???

Best Col

  • They don't look like any caps I have ever seen? I haven't seen very many caps, apparently.
  • this one has me confused too, all those pins ! interesting construction though , should help them to be less sonically visible , i am soon to start my winter project of restoring some old Celef speakers so might give em a go in the crossovers that are missing from the celefs (assuming i can find a circuit diagram )

    :-?

As the years go by, you get to see all kinds of things... ;-)
  • Hi Guys, all the pins reduce the ESR they are not used to pin down spiders or moths to the PCB OK :)
  • Look very good - thanks for the link.
  • They are amazing and they never dry up like EL, and the ripple current is amazing for there size.
