  The trouble was when they used a spray can NASA lost two astronauts. Then they hand painted it but lost the brushes, so they went back to spraying it was cheaper.

  Astronauts $1M each ,2 off

  Brushes $100K each ,50 off

  And the empty cans were good to throw to earth as it glows like firework during re-entry, oh so pretty.
