Audio Chews: the hi-fi and music community

  During the summer months, do you listen to your music much? Any spare time during the day I find is best spent outside. I've also been enjoying t'limpics every evening on TV of late, so I for one really haven't listened to anything much for ages.
  
  The main forums are quiet, even our own 'listening to' thread has tumbleweed blowing through it! Its also the poorest time of year to sell audio gear - there doesn't seem to be anything much happening anywhere in the world of HiFi.
  
  So watcha doin' then? You cant all be down the beach...

  The only thing outside here is a free cold shower, so music and films win again.

  The trade is so quiet as if they have all gone to the Olympics or a wake.

  Saying that the far east is going live at long last, it is a odd world we are borrowing for a while.

  I just love the way Acrylic burns and the fumes are to just die for!

  Olympics mainly. Alan, like you little proper music listening at present.
  As a teacher I'm currently on holiday at the moment... I tend to save up loads of diy jobs over the year for the 6 week break. This week I've been sorting out the attic. Hellish.
  Also getting stuff ready for driving holiday in France in a wee while...
  Can't complain...!
