    The guy had that "yeah, science is difficult, but if I'm funky, cool and good looking enough you'll get it" thing going on.

    Transistor have Base, Emitter,Collector not Drain, Gate, Source, wally man.

    I like Mosfets - they self protect themselves to some degree (secondary breakdown).
