Traditionally, this is when the forums go on their summer snooze ;-)

however, since moving to our new hosts, Chews' page views have increased by more than 100% ( around 50% higher than our previous high, in a traditional peak time of year).

This is the second site I've moved away from our old hosting that has seen real increases in traffic http://www.writingforseo.org/good-hosting-is-so-important-for-seo/. Please note that Chews is on a different host from that mentioned in the article.

I was actually wondering who is driven away from their hifis and music listening by the glorious weather, who is driven indoors, and who experiences no change.

I've been away with the family for a couple of days. The weather was perfect for me: Dry, occasionally sunny, with the temperature around 18-23 degrees.
No hifi to speak of.
