Help with saving some Royd Topazes - Refoaming required

Does anyone know of any refoaming kits for the Royd Topaz or which other Royd speaker shared the same driver? I have 4 sets of brand new Topazes all brand new unopened from storage since 1995. When I opened a set and tried playing them I discovered that the foam had completely perished. It's a shame to have to bin these as they are brand new otherwise.

Any ideas on saving these. I know they were the bottom of the line but they weren't a bad speaker.

The topaz driver looks similar to the Sapphire II one... the original Sapphire had a rubber surround.

Thanks. I saw those but wasn't sure if the Topaz driver was similar. I'll see if I can find some specs for the Topaz and Sapphire drivers. If they're the same size then I'll take a chance and give these foams a go.

I just opened one of the other new Topazes and the foam looked good until I touched it and it just disintegrated under my finger.
