SMA to Phono adapter

Any idea if such things exist and, if they do, where I would be able to buy a pair?

I've Googled, but to no avail.

    I googled also without success. You could consider having BNC ends put on your cables, and using an SMA>BNC adapter, which I'm sure is easier to find. Or get someone friendly to doctor your amps. Can you get the perspex lids of with gentle teasing? (like with a craft knife, not jibes). Once inside, the change should be easy enough.

    I think the answer is to get someone I trust to do the phono transplant if I decide the Eva is the thing for me.
