Miles Davis because of his huge discography, the quality and importance of the music, and so many of my favourite musicians played in his bands.

Mozart, because he just rocked. And his nutty life style appeals to me.

Always a tough one, but I'd go with The Cure due to their healthy back catalogue and lots of variety, from the post punky, 'peppy' early stuff through to the deeper, darker stuff and back again.
