I haven't visited the HFS site for a long time and I don't want to, but I agree with at least part of the sentiment expressed in the article that NVA - Richard Dunn - make really, really good gear. I also wasn't aware that Richard had been battling illness - I hope his recovery is complete.
I'm not quite sure if the article is an attack or not (I'm not quite sure why it was written), but given Richard's adversarial and abrasive manner I imagine it will be water off a duck's back and that the publicity it generates will only be good for HFS and NVA.
I like their poster boy... Interesting to read some of the technical thoughts behind power cables. Even though I understood only a little! I'm looking to the range rolling out over time. :-)
Question : - Colin do you enjoy making things and giving pleasure to other who hear your products.
Answer : - OK who got coffee? I love making things other can like, I love other making things I like, destruction is easy creation not so easy. But the best thing is the sense of achievement we builders get from watching others build something you have designed and hearing it working for the first time and the smiles on there faces, now creation of a smile is to die for.
So you, James , Steve, John and many more gave me great sense of pleasure and achievement when you all made your own SECA's work, and especially James who worked so hard in a very horrid situation. And it helped me a lots to get over a shitty few years THANKS
I can understand Paul's pov. I haven't built anything for ages now and have one unfinished project still hanging around. I fancied constructing one one Colins higher power SECA kits but never seemed to build enough steam to get into it. My loss.

I look forward to reading the As.
My Q: Which question(s) would you like to have been asked?
Hopefully, this is just a temporary thing ! At least James, Col and the rest of you will keep the flag flying in my absence
When / how did this change begin?
And, yes, you certainly are very good at building things (and helping others to do so :-) ).
My loss.
