Run, don't walk, to BBC iPlayer, for they have the finest black comedy I can think of. 

In Order of Disappearance is a Norwegian movie that will have you in stitches if you don't mind a few dead bodies ;-)

I saw it on Netflix a year or so ago, so it may still be there, too.
