EWA M50P & M50 Pre/Power Amp
Hi all,
With great regret, I need to sell these fantastic amplifiers to raise some funds.
I have had them for a couple of years. A few months ago, they went back to Sir Colin himself to be brought up to modern spec and fitted with the (much nicer!) new cases. I am sure the great man can answer any questions regarding specs.
The works included:

The works included:
2 New Knobs
2 New On/Off switches
2 complete new chassis.
4 10,000uF cap upgraded to 4 off 22,000uF
All new terminals on M50, all silver wire replace speaker and input wire.
OLD BW 10Hz to 50KHz
New BW 1Hz to 200KHz 55W/8R 109W/4R both channel on.
Input cap to bi-polar audio caps on M50
IQ tweek to 20W A Class before A/B so it will run warmer.
New Temperature control fitted.
Needless to say, they are in fantastic condition and sound incredible. The depth and heft of the bass is something to behold and they have driven everything from PMC DB1i and Minstrels through to Cheviots and huge B&O MS150s with aplomb. I am not sure there is a speaker they couldn't grab by the balls.
I am after £1850 for the pair.
If you have any questions, please drop me a line and I will get some pics up.
Location - SW (Wilts), but I get about for work. Happy to post at cost.
