HH Electronic Studio 50 amp...retro vibe!
Hello all. I picked up a free amp/speaker combo here in France as another Brit was getting rid and it was going for free due to being faulty.
It's pretty old and very retro. It makes some sound with a source inputed but terrible quality. The amp is mounted in the ame case as the speaker but unscrews and slides out. Immediately I can see the problem. The two large capacitors on the top of the circuit board are bulging and leaking. All other components look fine visually. I want to replace the two capacitors which are fitted axially. They are large about 22mm diameter and 60mm long. Rating on them is 4700uf 40 volts DC. Any idea where I can find the replacement components online that will ship to France. I have found loads of the same rating but not axial (as is the connection comes out at each end and they are mounte on their sides).
