I've ordered my 8 GB Raspberry Pi 5 today. With PCI Express, and twice as much power as the RPi4, it should make a better server. 

And my 8GB RPi 4 will be freed up for other projects  :) 

It looks like November/December for delivery, as I just missed the first batch, due at the end of October.
