File uploads

There's now a link below the the text entry window and above the buttons that says Attach a file. I'll leave you to guess what it's for 

The file appears as an attachment below the post.

Please shout if you can't upload.

Do the files have to download when they open? Or could they simply open in a new tab?

On OS X, you can right click on the file name, and choose open in a new tab. I'd have thought that would have worked on Windows, too.
