    Flippin' gorgeous! Van the man indeed.

    Saw him live twice - once he was in a great mood and was sensational - the second time he couldn't be bothered (and neither was I). On both occasions he has Chris Farlowe ('tubs' farlowe to those who know him apparently) in support, and he is worth seeing on his own.

    Yup. I've seen him two or three times over the years - once at Glastonbury, I think. Certainly in the open air somewhere.

    He's always been OK, but never as good as I'd hoped.
