I want to publicly thank Jason of NVA for all of his after-sales care on the TFS over the past couple of years.
I have owned many computers over the past decade. All have had problems,
but no manufacturer other than Jason has been even 1% helpful, let alone
the 100% helpfulness of mr. Souloglou.
Great product - great service. :-)

    That's great to see Ben, there is no doubt that Jason is one of the good guys.

    Recommending manufacturers based on good products and excellent service is what forums are for, and if you make friends along the way that is fine. It's allowed. :)
