Yes. It's piano duets, with nothing too nasty lurking there.
In fact, if you like jazz piano, Mehldau is one of the best. Try just about anything by him. He started off the current fashion in jazz for covering stuff by Radiohead, Nick Drake and others.
The main point of interest is how, by 1960 or so, you can hear the start of those signature 'squiggles', little end of phrases that in later years would turn into forays towards the outer limits, with squeals and honks.
